We will have a class discussion over this on Feb 27/28. In class you will be expected to state your solution and defend it. Each student needs to come to class with at least five notes prepared. The notes should include the researched info, a brief explanation of it's importance, and the source (author as well as site). You can get your information from ANY credible site and you will need to turn in a sheet with at least 4 notes. The notes should include a quote, source, and explanation or summary.
Note Format:
Info - marijuana can lead to short term memory loss and result in adolescents having a difficult time learning.
Explanation - If it were legal students would get a hold of it easier and the result would be more dropouts

Your grade will be determined by your ability to find credible sources and tie them to your argument.
Standard - Cite specific textual evidence to support analysis of primary and secondary sources, attending to such features as the date and origin of the information.(RH.9-10.1.)
That would be considered one note, you need five. I do not care what format you use as long as the info is there and it is consistent. Notes should be saved in your Street Law folder.
