Bell Ringer - Explain one of the 5 photo stories

For your final assessment you will need to support one of these solutions. You will have three options. (click the link for more information on two of the possible solutions)
In order for you to be able to defend one of these you need to know the positives and negatives of them.
Divide the readings among your group. Each person needs to read one of the two on your own and take notes using the following format:
Solution -
What does it look like (basic definition) -
Positives (pros) -
Negatives (cons) -
Share the notes with your group.

- Create one country where Palestinians and Israelis all vote for the same government.
- Create two countries one called Palestine and one called Israel.
- Leave Israel alone and keep it the way it is now.

Go to the kidblog for your class. I have a post titled “Heart of Jenin Discussion” on their kidblog, have them post comments while they watch the video. Comments can be anything appropriate. Questions about what is happening, reactions to what they see, or even answers to the questions of others.
Feel free to comment on each other's responses.
When the video is finished use the rest of the time to finish your notes over the solutions.

Each person in the group will need to select two people they will study.
After you have picked your people you need to write a blog post on the following:
When your group is finished with their notes. Explain the profiles to the rest of them.
If there is time or you want practice explain, in a blog post, how one of your people would react to the news of the UN’s vote over Palestine, you can use the articles below, some of you may have already read them.
